That the council begins the readvertisement of the pilot Serviced Sites Scheme from September-December 2026, with a view to reactivate and progress the scheme as a matter of urgency.
Report: The serviced sites at Clogherinkoe will be advertised for two weeks starting on Tuesday, 28 July 2026. The application portal will open on Wednesday, 12 August for three weeks. The details of the scheme will be available on the Kildare County Council website.
Update: KCC have agreed to extend the portal application window beyond the initial 3-weeks as required and to facilitate more applications
